What is BIM?

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3d model-based process that equips architecture, engineering, and construction professionals with the insights and tools to plan, design, construct and manage building infrastructure more efficiently.

How does BIM work?

The BIM objects not only carry the 3d visualization of the product but also other information, such as product characteristics, photometric data, available options, limitations and the approval of spatial accurateness. They are built to be easily integrated
into the operating system used by architects and project planners, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup and other programs.
