VREGIONAL SALES MANAGER FOR GERMANY

 

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of and conducting marketing strategies
  • Preparation of plans and control of goal achievement
  • Sales team management and coordination
  • Sales team training and motivating
  • Work with key accounts
  • Frequent travels

 

What we expect:

  • Education in either social sciences or technical (level VI or VII)
  • At least 8 years of experience working in the lighting field
  • Active knowledge of English language
  • Computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint)
  • If possible knowledge of MRP, CRM, and AutoCAD
  • Leadership skills for teamwork
  • Marketing innovation and communication skills
  • Determination and ability to coordinate an international team in achieving goals
  • Motivation and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify potential personnel
  • If possible experience in marketing B2B
  • If possible experience with marketing of end designed products
