Acqisition of the company Tim-ing

Intra group continues its growth and expending on international markets. In order to achieve the set results we decided to purchase the company Tim-ing Škofije which has been present on the market of southeast Europe for almost 20 years.

Tim-ing, a company founded in 1989 developed its activity in providing optimal lighting solutions for business, public and retail areas as a distributor of solid lighting trade marks.

With the purchase of the company Timing Intra lighting will obtain a good nationwide distribution network already developed by Tim-ing. In the future Intra lighting will develop as a product trade mark, while the activity of the purchase, management and distribution of other brands in order to create optimal lighting solutions will be mainly held within the activities of the company Tim-ing.

In accordance with the development strategy of the following years, the acquisition of Tim-ing for Intra group is of the great importance, since it will help to the organizational change and contribute to the significant sales growth and international expansion.
